1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SaaSForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing settings.

3. Acceptable Use & API Rate Limits

You agree not to misuse our APIs, generate malicious traffic, or attempt to bypass plan quotas. Excessive API usage beyond the limits of your selected plan may result in automated throttling or suspension.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaaSForge Technologies LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
